Let the assisted workout program help you. The Recreation and Wellness Center Assisted Workout Program benefits those who need assistance and guidance with their workout. Graduate students working towards a degree in physical therapy have teamed up with the Recreation and Wellness Center to provide this opportunity to students with disabilities. If you are interested in this workout opportunity, please visit the RWC Administrative office to obtain the assisted workout program questionnaire. Your first fitness consultant will follow and your fitness goals will soon be realized.
