EDUCATION: Bachelors of science in Communication Sciences and Disorders.

INTERESTS: I love to run, lift weights, and teach group exercise or spinning classes. When I am not working out I enjoy going to the movies or just hanging out.

Weight-loss, core stability, weight training, toning, circuit training.

TRAINING PHILOSOPHY: " If you have goals or ambitions, don't just think of it, don't just wish for it; jump in it, go all for it, Do it! Never give up!" Staying positive and engaging in a healthy lifestyle can help alter how you feel mentally, physically, and emotionally. Achieving your goals is not an overnight experience. It takes hard work and self discipline to achieve what you are really after. There are three main aspects that need to be incorporated into a daily lifestyle to achieve successful results: proper nutrition, cardiovascular exercises, and strength training. My job is to help each client attain their goals using those three aspects. In the end, this will help improve you mentally and physically to become a better person, a better you.

TRAINING PHILOSOPHY: Exercise is not just for now but for the future as well.  Do not be so shortsighted as to focus only on the immediate and aesthetic benefits of exercise but know that you are also building a foundation for the future.  Keep in mind that your goals will not be achieved overnight so do not become discouraged.  My goal is to the instill wisdom that I have gathered in those that I train so that they can achieve holistic health.  Exercise is a lifestyle and form always follows function.

TRAINING PHILOSOPHY: Working out and eating right are not things that you  do to get in shape before spring break or summer break. It is something you should do everyday of your life. I believe there are many ways in which you can achieve optimum fitness for your self. In my training sessions I use a multitude of different exercise techniques such as: circuit training, resistance training, power training, sports training, endurance training. The big picture for me is to gain strength and lose body fat.

Christina Taylor

EDUCATION: Sports and Fitness major with a specialization in fitness

INTERESTS: I compete in triathlons and running races year round and am always training for something. I enjoy being outdoors doing anything from camping and rock climbing to surfing and hiking.

SPECIALIZATIONS: I generally focus on circuit training, super sets, endurance training, and muscle building for weight loss.

TRAINING PHILOSOPHY: I believe that there are three different aspects of training that are all pertinent to getting in better shape. Including, weight training, cardio, and your diet. You can not do any one without the other two, or two without the other one. What I will mainly be helping you with is the weight training aspect along with some cardio. I can give you pointers and training plans for the cardio and guidelines for your food. In order for you to see results you have to want to change and reform old habits. I can only help you so much and give you guidelines, but all of this is nothing if you do not want to change yourself.

TRAINING PHILOSOPHY: A wise man once said “there is no easy way to achieve greatness; you get out what you put in. That person was me and it’s a mentality I’ve carried with me since a child. Nothing worth having is easy attained. If you want to look and feel better, take the steps to achieve that period! My passion is to help you reach any physical/fitness goal you set for yourself.
