- Beginner:
This is for the beginner swimmer who has a desire to learn proper breathing techniques in order to swim laps for an exercise program. You will learn to become comfortable while in the water. Basic freestyle and backstroke will be taught. No previous swimming experience required.
- Intermediate:
Participants must be able to swim at least 25 yards using the front crawl. In this class, you will gain proficiency in the following strokes: front crawl, elementary, backstroke, breast stroke, side-stroke and an introduction to butterfly.
- Advanced:
This class is for people who can swim but desire to improve stroke technique. The focus is on forming more efficient strokes and learning training techniques to incorporate in your own workout.
- Advanced Technique:
Total Immersion is a wonderful way of swimming for fitness swimmers, for triathletes, even for competitive athletes. It concentrates primarily on making you balanced and aligned so that you can slip effortlessly through the water.

Please bring goggles and a towel to your swim lessons. Because of the demand for these lessons, you must be present the first night of your class or your place will be given to someone else.
All swim instructors are WSI certified.
