- Beginner: (American Red Cross Learn-To-Swim levels 1&2)
Objective: To help participants feel comfortable and confident in the water, as well as develop fundamental skills for swimming.
Curriculum: This course is intended for new swimmers. Participants will learn basic freestyle and backstroke.
Prerequisites: No previous swimming experience is required for this course.
- Intermediate: (American Red Cross Learn-To-Swim levels 3&4)
Objective: To develop confidence in all four competitive strokes and prepare the participant for a basic swim work out.
Curriculum: This course is based on basic stroke development. Freestyle and backstroke will be reviewed. Breaststroke and Butterfly will be introduced. Turning at the wall, diving, reading a pool clock, and all other skills needed for a basic swim work out are also introduced.
Prerequisites: Previous swimming experience is required.
- Advanced: (American Red Cross Learn-To-Swim levels 5&6)
Objective: To provide participants with coordination and refinement of their strokes. Participants should be able to swim with more ease, efficiency, power and smoothness and over greater distances after this course.
Curriculum: Flip turns on the front and back are introduced. This course provides an intense interval training swimming work out. This is a great course for competitive swimmers.
Prerequisites: Previous swimming experience is required.

Mondays/Wednesdays 5:00pm - 6:00pm
Tuesdays/ Thursdays 6:30pm - 7:30pm
Intermediate-
Tuesdays/ Thursdays 10:00am - 11:00am
Advance Freestyle Technique-
Wednesdays 6:00pm - 7:30pm

Please bring goggles and a towel to your swim lessons. Because of the demand for these lessons, you must be present the first night of your class or your place will be given to someone else.
